Take your training sessions to the next level, outdoors. This exciting (AND FUN) fitness program is designed to challenge ALL LEVELS. Whether you're new to working out, a seasoned athlete or a weekend warrior, we'll challenge YOUR body and help you overcome food, schedule and other physical and mental obstacles that get in the way of you achieving your goals. See first hand what everyone's talking about -- get with the Backyard Bootcamp program! Each session takes place in the San Fernando Valley - Studio City to Tarzana but based in the Encino/Sherman Oaks area.
Working out in the gym can be frustrating and boring, not to mention dirty and overcrowded. There's no support or encouragement at the gym, but at Backyard Bootcamp we're all about support. Every group's dynamic is unique, but the one common thread is the positive energy that being in nature creates. Everyone is supportive of each individual's own personal goal and patience and compassion are key elements of this program.
