All Backyard Bootcamp programs are designed to help individuals overcome obstacles, lose weight, build strength & lean muscle tissue, and improve cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Trail running and hill climbing are also incorporated in Bootcamp 101 and the Advanced Bootcamp. Participants are required to maintain daily food journals and participate in a pre-bootcamp fitness evaluation the weekend prior to the start of Bootcamp 101.
