Nutritional Counseling
Nutritional Counseling is a huge part of Backyard Bootcamp's supportive role in your success. We believe that it is our duty to inform and educate every student on the benefits of eating properly, fueling their bodies and how to obtain lasting results through a healthier and leaner diet. Every student in Backyard Bootcamp must keep a BYBC Food Journal for at least the first three months of their enrollment in our program. After that time, we evaluate the student's diet and determine whether or not they have developed good eating habits and can continue without the journal.Students are also given a Backyard Bootcamp Recipe Book, consisting of all original Backyard Bootcamp recipes designed to help burn fat, reduce calories and that have a balanced protein/carbohydrate/fat ratio.
Cooking Classes, Home Food Delivery and Expert Nutritional Counseling services are also offered (for an additional fee) to those students who struggle with cooking and/or maintaining their food journals.
