Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your enrollment in Backyard Bootcamp and do so prior to the first day of the session, we will refund your enrollment fee, less $75 for materials and processing fee. A "Session" is the entire length you are enrolled and is not restricted to a month by month basis. Therefore, if you enroll for more than one month, your "session" is the duration of your paid enrollment. The Fitness Evaluation constitutes the "first day of your session", regardless of the length of your registration. Should you cancel after the fitness evaluation but before classes begins on the first day, your refund will be deducted an additional $100 before being sent to you. Keep in mind that once your sessions begins, your fee is non-refundable, regardless of how many days , weeks or months you participate in your session. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.

*All Backyard Bootcamp's "PUNCH ME!" purchases are non-refundable. You have 5 WEEKS within which to use your punch card. Cards are non-transferrable and may not be used by anyone other than purchaser.

Payment Processing Fees

If you pay via PayPal or credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to your order total when you complete your payment.
